What is an Interstate Permit (ISP)?
When a taxi registered in Tamil Nadu travels into another state, it must pay a government-mandated Interstate Permit fee to the destination state's transport authority. This charge is not part of DropTaxi's base fare — it is collected and remitted directly to the respective state authority on your behalf.
