Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • Only customers who have actually completed a trip via mobile app during April 1st to April 30th are eligible.
  • Each customer can participate only once during the campaign period.
  • Customer should submit their feedback video (30 to 45 sec) on Instagram or Facebook on or before May 1st.
  • Tag droptaxi, use #droptaxi and earn a ₹1000 reward coupon and use it in your next trip
  • Send your video link, JID & travel details to our WhatsApp:7999222000
  • For best reviews special surprise gifts will be given.
  • A coupon will be rewarded to the customer only once.
  • The coupon will be valid from May 1st to July 31st.
  • Any unused coupon after July 31st will automatically expire and cannot be claimed later.
  • The coupon will be applicable for only Drop Trips and Round Trips.
  • Customers must provide consent to use, edit, and share their submitted videos for our marketing and promotional purposes.
  • By submitting the video, customers agree that DropTaxi may use the content without any additional royalty or compensation beyond the campaign reward, and DropTaxi reserves the right to reject any video that contains inappropriate, misleading, or irrelevant content.

Reward & Verification

  • Submitted JID and trip details will be verified before final reward selection.
  • DropTaxi’s decision on reward eligibility will be final and binding.
  • Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or to another DropTaxi wallet.
  • DropTaxi reserves the right to request additional verification if required.
