You can book your taxis:

Droptaxi offers three types of products;
- One Way Drop Trip
- Round Trip
- Package Trip
After you have booked the trip, we will send an automated SMS & email confirming the same.
For all advance bookings made 12 hours prior, we shall give you confirmation status well in time before commencement of journey. (To help us serve you better kindly book your trip atleast 24 hours prior)
Usually 4 hours before the time of journey, you will receive an SMS and email – with taxi and driver contact details.
Driver and you coordinate and commence the journey.
- Taxi charges – kilometres travelled X tariff ( Pl see Tariff Chart)
- Driver batta – Rs.300 per trip for drop trip & Rs.300 per day for round trips. Beyond 400 kilometres travel in single trip / day – driver batta will be Rs.600.
- Inter state permit charges ( if applicable ) as per below table
Hill Charges of Rs.300 applicable for travel to destinations like Ooty, Kodaikanal, Yercaud, Yelagiri, Munnar, Sabarimalai, Coorg & Wayanad.Type of car Pondy Karnataka AP Kerala Hatchback 250 350 350 400 Sedan 250 350 350 400 MUV 350 1500 2500 500 - Toll charges at actuals.
- Parking charges at actuals, if any.
Waiting charges: Rs.100 per 1 hour. Applicable only for Droptrips. No waiting charges for Round trips.
Long distance travel generally needs a refreshment break and couple of small breaks, especially when we travel with kids. These breaks are acceptable. Waiting charges apply only when the break is beyond such acceptable limits. Remember, time is money for the taxi operator too...
